#Ingredients for Shahi Paneer
- Paneer – 500 grams
• Tomato – 5 red red
• Onion – 2
• Garlic – 4 buds
• Green chilies — 4
• Ginger — 1 inch piece
• Ghee or oil — 5 tbsp
• Long-4
• Black pepper – 4
• Cinnamon One Piece
• a bay leaf
• Green Cardamom – 2
• Cumin – half a teaspoon
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Coriander powder – half teaspoon
• Red chili – less than a quarter teaspoon
• Cashew – 25-30 (2 tbsp filled up to the top)
Milk – 1 cup
Malai or cream – 100 grams (half cup)
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
• Salt – as per taste (3/4 tsp)
• Green coriander — 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Kasuri Methi – 1 tbsp

#How to Make Shahi Paneer
- First of all, soak cashew nuts in water for an hour.

2- After that we will make gravy of onion and garlic,
3- Then tomatoes also make gravy of green chillies and ginger.
4-Tomato, ginger and green chillies have been grinded in a mixer jar to make a fine paste. and Take out the paste from jar and keep it in a bowl aside.
5- Now Beat the cream a little in the bowl dont beat creame more, now we will Cut 500 gm paneer into triangular pieces, you can also cut into square pieces if you want. this is depends on your choice.
7- now we will take a fry pan and hot fry pan and we will add 2 tsp ghee or butter in the pan and heat it.
8- Now we will add 1 tsp cumin seeds in hot ghee and add all the spices that we had taken, cloves, black pepper, bay leaf, cinnamon, green cardamom.
9- Now we will add onion and garlic gravy in it and stir it till the masala turns brown and leave ghee.
10- Now we will add tomato puree in this masala and coock it by stirring it with a spoon otherwise masala will stick in the bottom.
11- After coocking the tomatoes, we will add all the spices to it, when the spices are cooked, now we will add salt according to taste.
12- Now we will add cashew paste and cream and stir the spices with a spoon until oil starts floating on the spices.
Tips
Gravy is the most important thing in Shahi Paneer recipe until the gravy is not cooked properly, your Shahi Paneer vegetable will not be good. and there taste will not be good.
14- Now we will Add milk to this masala as per the need to keep the curry as thick or thin as you want.

15- When the gravy starts boiling and the leaves the oil, at this stage we will add add paneer pieces which we have already cut and mix it and cover it and let the vegetable cook for 3-4 minutes on very low flame.

17- Now we will add half tsp kasoori fenugreek in it and add half tsp garam masala, now turn off the gas.
18- And finally we will Add some fresh green coriander leaves, now our shahi paneer curry is ready.
Take out the Shahi Paneer recipe curry in a bowl. and Garnish with green coriander leaves on top. and Serve hot shahi paneer with rice, naan, paranthas, puri or hot chapati and eat.
