Essential ingredients for palak ki sabji
• 250 grams spinach leaves
• Two tomatoes
4 green chilies
1 inch ginger root
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon red chili
1 tsp cumin
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
• One spoon Kasuri Mahthi
1- First of all wash the spinach well and cut the spinach
2- And put a little salt in the spinach, so that after ten minutes the spinach will leave the water, now we will squeeze this water from the spinach.
3- Now we will put some gram flour in this spinach so that we can make balls of it, add some cumin, some red chili powder and some salt.
4- Now mix it well and make a dough
6- Now we will steam cook these spinach balls for ten minutes.
So let’s make palak ki sabji which you have never eaten before.
8- Now put four spoons of oil in the pan, when the oil is hot, add cumin and a little cinnamon powde
9- Now add spices coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder
10- Now put tomato and chili puree in it.
11- Cook this puree on low flame
12 – Now this puree is cooked, let’s put some water in it.
