- Half Teaspoon garam masala
- Kasuri fenugreek
- Salt as per taste
- 100 gram butter
- 100gram cabbage,
- 100 gram peas,
- 500 gram potatoes,
- 4 tomatoes,
- one carrots,
- Two capsicum
- Two Onion
- 4 green chillies
- juice of one lemon

So friends today I am making this pav bhaji in pressure cooker so friends have put some edible oil in the pressure cooker, now we will add some spices like one teaspoon pav bhaji masala half teaspoon turmeric powder half teaspoon red chili powder
As soon as our masala is slightly cooked, we will put chopped vegetables in it, so friends, here we are using cabbage, peas, potatoes, carrots, capsicum and whatever other vegetables you like, you can put them inside the pav bhaji.
And here friends, we will boil half a kilo of potatoes separately and peel them properly.
We will mix these vegetables well and we will put some water in it.
Friends, put water in the cooker only as much as your vegetables become soft, otherwise your vegetables will become thin and our pavbhaji will not be good.
Now we will put salt as per taste and cover the lid of the cooker and we have to take two cooker sheets, this will cook our vegetables.

4 tomatoes, we have made puree of them.
1/2 kg potatoes which we have boiled
4 green chillies which we will choped finely
juice of one lemon
4 tbsp pav bhaji masala

Now we will put half a teaspoon of cumin and the green chillies we had chopped.

Will put one spoon of Kashmiri red chili powder, will use two spoons of pav bhaji masala

Friends, the more the pav bhaji is cooked, the better it will taste, so friends, our pav bhaji is cooked enough, now we will put the juice of one lemon in it.
So friends, when your pav bhaji recipe is almost ready, then friends, we will grind and add the potatoes that we have boiled, so that our pav bhaji will become a car and while cooking, when it becomes too much car, we will put a little in it. hot water

Now this butter has become hot, now after cutting the two pavs we have taken on it, we will roast them properly from top to bottom.
