1. We will take a large bowl, Now we will add Gram flour in a bowl and whisk together the gram flour, and yogurt, sugar, salt according to taste, and green chili paste, and ginger paste, we will mix all togather and we will add water slolly slolly otherwise dhokla batter would be very thin rember dhokla batter should be thick and after that we will add eno fruit salt (or baking powder). so our dhokla batter is ready
Rember that we will add Eno fruit salt when we will cook dhokla in steam otherwise the gas will reduce in eno fruit salt so rember this thing in mind.
2. Now we will take a cake tin and grease it and pour the all mixture into a greased 8-inch round cake tin and fill smooth the top.
3. Now we will take a lagre saucepan and fill a large saucepan with 2 inches of water and bring to a rolling boil. and we will Place the cake tin in the saucepan and cover the saucepan with a lid. and cook.
4. And steam the dhokla for 15-20 minutes, on midum to high flame.
5. Or we will cook dhokla until a toothpick inserted into the center and toothpick should comes out clean.
so lets check our dhokla cook or not so hare we will use toothpick we will insert toothpick in the middle of dhokla our toothpick come out clean this mean our dhokla is perfect coockd and now we will turn off stove and cool down dhokla,

7. Now in a in a small fry pan, heat 2 tsp oil over medium heat. and add the 1 tsp mustard seeds and 1tsp cumin seeds and cook until they begin to pop.
8. Now we will add 8-10 curry leaves and 2 tablespoons of water to the fry pan and stir to combine so our tempring mixture is ready
9. Now we will pour the tempering mixture over the steamed dhokla and sprinkle with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
10. Now let dhokla cool down for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving this wonderful and delicious dhokla recipe.
