4 green chilies
1 inch ginger root
• 1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1 pinch asafoetida
1/2 teaspoon red chili
1 tsp cumin
4 tbsp oil
cinnamon powder
salt to taste
• One spoon Kasuri Mahthi

1- First of all wash the spinach well and cut the spinach
