So friends today I am making Street style Chinese bhel, now you get Chinese bhel on the streets, which has include fried noodles Manchurian balls and schezwan chutney with it, and it’s all mixed to result into a spicy tangy Chinese bhel which is very delicious,
And there is another version in restaurants which is tossed and heated,

I am going to share that recipe quickly with you all in this blog I will teach you how to make fried noodles at home which are quick to make, and how to make tasty Manchurian balls which locally we also know as manchurian pakoda or bhajiya aur Chinese pakoda, and they taste really good with schezwan chutney, that’s something that I will tell you, and then quickly our Chinese bhel will be ready after mixing some sauce,

#1 Ingredients for chinese bhel

Manchurian balls Ingredients:

  • CABBAGE 2 CUP (CHOPPED)
  • CARROT  1 CUP (CHOPPED)
  • FRENCH BEANS 1 CUP  (CHOPPED)
  • GARLIC  1.5 TBSP (CHOPPED)
  • GINGER 1.5 TSP (CHOPPED)
  • GREEN CHILLI PASTE  OF 3-4 NOS.
  • FRESH CORIANDER  1.5 TBSP
  • SPRING ONION  3 TBSP
  • RED CHILLI SAUCE  1.5 TBSP
  • SOY SAUCE  1.5 TSP
  • SUGAR  1.5 TSP
  • BUTTER  2 TBSP
  • WHITE PEPPER POWDER  1/4 TSP
  • SALT  TO TASTE
  • REFINED FLOUR  3 TBSP
  • CORN FLOUR  5 TBSP

 

Fried Noodles: Ingredients:

  • BOILED NOODLES  200 GRAMS PACKET

  • FRIED NOODLES
  • MANCHURIAN BALLS
  • CARROT  1 CUP (JULIENNE)
  • CAPSICUM  1 CUP (JULIENNE)
  • CABBAGE  1 CUP (SHREDDED)
  • LIGHT SOY SAUCE  1.5 TBSP
  • VINEGAR 1 TSP
  • RED CHILLI SAUCE  2.5 TBSP
  • KETCHUP 2.5 TBSP
  • HOMEMADE SCHEZWAN CHUTNEY  4 TBSP

 

#2 How to make fried noodles at home

First of all let’s learn how to make fried noodles at home,

1. So here I have boiled and cool down about 200 gram of noodles, and now we have to fry them,

2. Here I am using a wok and take some oil and heat it up nicely, and make sure to take a big wok to heat the oil in, now slowly slowly and gradually we will add the boiled noodles to the oil,

3. Carefully the oil effervesces on the top quickly so take a big wok, And do the initial part of this process carefully once you have added the noodles fry them in 1,2 batches, you have once added the first match without stirring let them fry on high flame until they set a little bit,

4. Once they are cooked a bit and set and stuff together then using tongs or ladle turn them over, turn them over 1,2 times and
Fry them until they turn light golden brown and crispy,

5. So our noodles are like golden brown and crispy for them until this stage, and take them out and place them in a sieve to let the excess oil to drip off, and let them rest for cool 5 to 10 minutes to cool down,

 

 

6. Once noodles cool down then you have to separate these noodles into a bowl, and break them to separate and also become bite size pieces, so our homemade fried noodles are ready,

#3 Tips

You just have to be careful about one small things but it’s important take oil and heat in a big WOK  because like you when you add noodles the oil rises a lot, so what you can also do is add few noodles initially let the oil rise and settle then add more noodles,

To save the oil from rising too much and spilling over so just keep that in mind, otherwise it is a very simple method, and if you want you can even sprinkle some cornstarch on top just 2, 3 tablespoon for this much noodles is more than enough, with both the methods without the cornstarch your fried noodles will be perfect,

 

 

And you can STOR noodles in an air tight container for a week or two, if you don’t keep them exposed to air than they will be absolutely currency and crispy, and you can use them in manchow soup on fried rice or on triple Schezwan rice or in CHINESE BHEL like today, they turn out to be really crispy and amazing fried noodles at home,

7. Now next step is that we have to make manchurian balls which are very easy to make, I am telling you a quick method lets learn how to make manchurian balls at home,

8. In a Big Bowl we will take to Cup chopped cabbage, one Cup chopped carrots, one cup chopped french beans, along with that one table spoon garlic, one table spoon Ginger paste, of 2-3 green chillies, one table spoon freshly chopped coriander leaves, two tablespoon freshly chopped spring onions, one table spoon red chilli sauce, 1 table spoon soya sauce, 1 table spoon sugar, one table spoon butter, 1/4 tsp white pepper powder, and salt according to taste

 

 

9. Mix everything nicely mix these ingredients for 2 minutes after mixing we have to get some binding in it I am adding two table a spoon refind flour, along with it, I am adding double the quantities as in portable spoon of corn flour, mix this nicely after adding refined flour and corn flour,

10. Initially you may feel that you have added too much refined flour and corn flour, but due to the salt the vegetables will release water and your binding will be perfect, so nicely massage the vegetables with your hand, and the slowly in a minute or do it will come together

11. Sometimes you may need to add more remind flour and corn flour it your mixture is to runny then you can add more, be careful not to add too much refined flour or corn flour otherwise after frying it will taste to doughy, so avoid that so our mixture have nicely mixed,

 

 

12. You can check the vegetables should come together and bind well, once they come together you can try them don’t wait for too long fry immediately, roughly shape a ball no need to make absolutely round take small portion and start dropping them in the oil, once you have dropped one batch without overcrowding the oil,then continue to fry it on medium High flame until Crisp and light golden brown,

13. Today I am going to double fry these Manchurian balls to make them double crispy, once your Manchurian balls are like golden brown take them out, take them out in a seave and give them a rest for 10 minutes,

14. While the Manchurian balls are resting doing the time you can turn the flame high and let the oil heat up nicely, once the manchurian ball have rested than flash fry them on high flame in hot oil, just leave them in hot oil for 10 to 15 second and then take them out quickly,

15. And our crispy Manchurian balls are ready, so friends our quick manchurian balls are ready I have used more vegetable in this, one the streets when they make it they just use some cabbage and some onion to it, but since we are making it at home we have that option of adding more vegetable to it,

16. And if you want pure Street style version then just at cabbage onion salt pepper etc and make them the rest process will stay the same,

Red colour on the streets in food colour as I have not added it they are looking brown in colour, if I had added red colour then it would have looked red but you can avoid food colour at home it is not necessary, this will result in perfect Manchurian balls, you can enjoy these Manchurian balls just as is with Schezwan sauce or ketchup or shejwan sauce aur sahajwan chatni the recipe which I have already shared with you which goes very well with it, definitely try it with this recipe too,

#5 How to Assembly Chinese bhel

18. Now fried noodles and Manchurian balls are ready we just have to mix it with sauce and vegetables and our chiness bhel will be ready,

19. Let’s learn how that process goes to a big bowl I am adding fries noodles as per your requirement and I am adding the manchurian balls that we had fried now do this I am adding half cup Julienned carrots, half cup Julienned capsicum, half cup Julienned cabbage, one table spoon light soya sauce one tablespoon vinegar two table spoon red chilli sauce, two tablespoon ketchup, now here I am adding 3 tablespoon homemade schezwan chutney,

20. Now mix everything quickly without taking too much time if you mix it for long or keep it aside than it will become soggy you have to serve it crispy, so I have mixed it well now let’s serve it,

21. The Chinese bhel as turn out really delicious and definitely try this recipe at your home if you want to avoid the Hazel of fried noodles then you even get packets of its, then the process will get even simplar make Manchurian balls at home and vegetables and sauce and mix it, the Chinese bhel is made by tossing and heating it up,
