which is very delicious recipe and I hope you would like this recipe, and doubtly it is one of the
most ordered restaurant recipe and it is my personal favourite recipe,so friends today we will

And friends today the chilli paneer that I am making will be that perfect restaurant style
chilli paneer,and these test will be perfect texture will be perfect everything will be perfect
and it is a very simple recipe,
How To Make Chill Paneer
so friends first of all for chilli paneer we have to coat and fry the paneer let’s see how it’s done,
Ingredients:
- Paneer 250 gm (cubes)
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Corn starch 1/4th cup
- Oil 3 tbsp
- Garlic 13-15 cloves (chopped)
- Ginger 1 inch (chopped)
- Green chillies 8-10 nos. (slit)
- Spring onion bulbs 5-6
- stalks Capsicum
- 2 medium size (diced) Spring onion greens 1/4th cup (chopped
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp
- Red chilli sauce 2 tbsp
- Cornflour 5 tbsp
- water 100 ml
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Spring onion greens for garnish (chopped)
Now I am taking a bowl and I am taking 250 gram paneer in a big bowl I have cut the paneer
diamond shape you can cut it into cubes too. now we will add salt to taste on the paneer and
a pinch of black pepper powder and I am adding two tablespoon corn flour here, after adding
corn flour just toss the bowl to coat the paneer pieces with corn flour,
one thing remember don’t use your hand to mix otherwise the corn flour does not to coat the
paneer very well, once you coat the paneer like then just sprinkle some water,
after splash of water again sprinkle one more tablespoon of corn flour,
after sprinkling the corn flour you have to coat again with same process,
And your paneer is nicely coated, you have to just coat the paneer this much before frying,
How To Fry Paneer
Now I have take a fry Pan and I have heated the oil to fry the paneer the oil should be at 170 degree
Celsius meaning the oil is nice and hot now carefully add cubes of paneer in the oil one by one your
flame should we high otherwise your paneer will become hard and not fry properly you have to fry
the paneer at high flame itself,
your paneer will be fried in a minute also fry the paneer until it’s light golden brown once
your paneer is fried take it out with a strainer, and we will transfer it to a sieve and let the
excess oil drip off,

so friends our paneer is fried, fried the paneer similarly whenever you want to make an Indo
Chinese recipe using paneer irrespective weather it is starter or main course, coat and fry the
paneer in this same manner,
Doing so will stop the paneer from breaking apart while tossing in the sauce,and the second
thing is you may have seen many times a thick coating on the paneer,and you wont to get that
coating either you will get an absolutely perfect texture of the paneer, always fry the paneer in
the same manner,
now next step is that we have to make a sauce it gets ready within no time
How To Make Sauce For Paneer
We will make the sauce for chilli paneer and the toss the paneer in it
Let’s see how to do the process
Now we will take a wok really nicely, at heat it very nicely once your wok is nicely hot then
add one table spoon oil to it, once the oil is hot then to we will add at 2 table
spoon chopped onion, 4 table spoon chopped garlic, and we will add one table spoon chopped Ginger,
and then for 1,2 minutes on high flame cook while stirring, once you have nicely sauteed the garlic and Ginger,

And then we will add 200 ml hot water or vegetable stock and stir nicely,
now friends we will add two table spoon dark soya sauce, 1 table spoon light soya sauce,
and one table spoon spicy green chilli paste, 1 tablespoon coriander stem, 2,3 slit green chillies,
and salt according to taste one pinch white pepper powder, and finally
we will add one table spoon vinegar and stir properly,
Think remember we careful not to add too much of salt as soya sauce added a lot of saltiness already,
so add slightly less amount of salt
Now friend we will take is small bowl and I will add one table spoon corn flour and some water,
to make a corn starch slurry, and we have to slowly thicken the sauce with this slurry,
so friends we will add gradually this slurry into the sauce,and we will cook
the sauce on high flame while stirring until your sauce thickness a little bit,

So friends our sauce has thickened, now we will add a pinch of sugar to this and add our fried
paneer along with its some roughly chop fresh coriander leaves and some chopped spring onion
and half an onion cut into petals, and one diced capsicum, and two tablespoon bulbs of spring
onion you have to toss everything together don’t cook for long,

Just for 1 minute cook it while tossing on high flame, and in the end at
some spring onion greens on top and
So friends your chilli paneer is ready and we will serve it,
So friends chilli paneer turns out really beautiful by this process I have also tell you
how to fry the paneer and with it I have also tell you it’s sauce and if you want to make
a gravy of this it is very simple just add some more vegetable stock or hot water increase
the corn starch slurry a little bit, and your chilli paneer in gravy will be ready and enjoy
it with noodles or fried rice and the paneer chilli of appetisers is something that I absolutely love,
