So friends today I am going to show you how to make tiffinĀ rolls or Aloo rolls in easy method I am making to types of roll first Aloo roll, they taste really delicious not only kids even elders can have it too, and in this recipe I am specifically going to show you how to camouflage vegetables when kids don’t eat vegetables, and you can call it Aloo roll but add a lot of veggies within, kids won’t be able to make out and they test delicious too, and you can add veggies in their meal too,
What is Aloo roll
Aloo roll is a roll and it is make from many healthy vegitable and it is very healthy because in it many vegetable inclode and childern eat this aloo roll very taste and you can put childerenĀ school tiffin, this is very healthy recipe.
And these rules I make with chapati itself so they are all wheat rolls, so you dont need to use refined flour and using whole wheat flour at your home you can easily made these rolls, and children easily they can be packed in the tiffin too,
How To Make Aloo Roll
Aloo roll Ingredients:
Filling
- CARROT 1/2 NO.
- GREEN PEASĀ 1/4 CUP (BOILED)
- CAULIFLOWERĀ 1/4 CUP (BOILED)
- FRENCH BEANSĀ 1/4 CUP
- CAPSICUMĀ 1/2 NO.
- OILĀ 1 TBSP
- CUMIN SEEDSĀ 1 TSP
- GREEN CHILLIĀ 1 NO. (OPTIONAL)
- GINGER GARLIC PASTEĀ 2 TSP
- ASAFOETIDAĀ A PINCH
- SALTĀ TO TASTE
- POTATO 4 MEDIUM SIZED (BOILED)
- POWDERED SPICES
- TURMERIC POWDERĀ 1/2 TSP
- CORIANDER POWDERĀ 1 TBSP
- GARAM MASALAĀ 1/2 TSP
- FRESH CORIANDERĀ A SMALL HANDFUL (CHOPPED)
- LEMON JUICEĀ 1 TSP
- Roll BUTTERĀ 1 TBSP
- (SOFT) ROTIĀ 1 NO.
- KETCHUP AS REQUIRED
- RED CHILLI SAUCEĀ AS REQUIRED
- PROCESSED CHEESEĀ AS REQUIRED (GRATED)
- FRANKIE MASALAĀ A PINCH
So friends first of all let’s see how to make the first one aloo roll,
Prapre
Here I am using boiled potato along with that I have some carrots, green peas boiled, cauliflower, french beans, and capsicum, all these veggiess will go in the aloo roll this one will have lots of Veggies, so here I am using a chopper to this add half carrot one fourth Cup boiled green peas one fourth Cup boiled cauliflower 1/4th Cup, french beans and half cup capsicum, add everything and then using the chopper chop it coarsely,
and friend if you don’t have a chopper then you can also use a knife to chop everything now you can see how nicely I have a coarsely chopped all the veggies,
Now we will cook the filling,
How to Cook Filling
I have taken a fry Pan and I am adding one table spoon oil in a fry pan now we will add one table spoon cumin seed, one green chillies, this is optional if you don’t want to make it spicy two table spoon ginger garlic paste, and we will add a pinch of Asafoetida, to it, and just stir it for 30 second and cook it nicely, now you will add the chopped veggies this and we will add salt to taste,
We will stir and cook the vegetables for only two three minutes now I am adding roughly crushing four medium size potato, to this and we will use half table spoon turmeric powder, 1 table spoon coriander powder, half teaspoon garam Masala, and little chopped coriander leaves, and we will add one table spoon lemon juice, and mix everything very nicely I am using a potato masher here to help everything corporate and combine together nicely,

And we will cook this mixture for 3 minutes now you can see your filling everything is mass together well taste and adjust the seasoning as per your taste, and you can see that your aloo roll filling with loads of veggies is ready, now we will transfer this filling to a bowl and left it cool down nicely,

Once the filing Has cooled down then take a portion from it, and we will give it a shape of a patty, after shaping it like a patty at one table spoon butter to a pan, now we will add thisĀ patty and roast it lightly from the both side and our patty is nicely roasted,

now in the same pen add our roti with the left over better our roti will get roasted nicely and cook it nicely from both side while flipping it over, so friends our chapati is also warmed up, now we will add some tomato ketchup, on the chapati and slide amount of red chilli sauce, this isĀ optional, and spread it nicely now place the patty on top of the roti, now we will grate some cheese on the patty and add a pinch of Frankie masala, and use a butter paper to roll this roll nicely and you can see that your aloo roll is ready, and you can enjoy it,
You have learnt that how easy it is to make this aloo roll, and we have added some many Veggies with the potatoes, but actually while eating it you won’t be able to make out that it has so many Veggies, and it has whole wheat roti so its healthy too,
friends you can escape the green chilli and red chilli sauce if you are kids don’t like spicy food,however if you add just a bit it makes it spicy and tangy and really delicious too,
